Health requirements for the participating person

By signing, the participant confirms to the organizer that they meet all requirements for taking part in the “High Swing” or "Sky Walk" activity and that there are no personal or health-related reasons that would prevent them from participating.

Good physical and mental condition is required, as the activity involves significant physical and psychological stress.

The participant understands that swinging involves considerable risks, which are inherent to the nature of the activity. The possibility of injury — including serious injury — cannot be ruled out. For this reason, participation is strictly at the participant’s own risk.

Participation is strictly PROHIBITED for individuals with any of the following health conditions:

High blood pressure
Heart problems
Epilepsy
Recent eye surgery
Increased cardiovascular risk
Musculoskeletal injuries or disorders
Neurological conditions
Chronic ear conditions with balance issues
Influence of alcohol or drugs
Pregnant women are also excluded from participation.

Minimum age

Participation requires a minimum age of 12 years.

Participants under the age of 18 may only take part in the activity with the signature of a legal guardian. The guardian confirms their consent by signing this agreement.

Liability, safety and code of conduct

By signing, the participant further confirms that they will strictly follow all instructions given by the organizer, especially regarding organization and safety.
In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the organizer reserves the right to prohibit the participant from taking part in the activity.

The organizer is responsible solely for the proper execution of the activity — from check-in to farewell on the rooftop terrace. Any liability claims against the organizer are excluded unless damage has been caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
This exclusion of liability also applies to employees of the organizer and any assistants or agents acting on their behalf.

Participation in the activity is strictly at the participant’s own risk.
Swinging is an outdoor sport. The organizer accepts no liability for soiling or damage to clothing worn during the activity. This also applies to any items deposited or stored on site.

Photo- and videocontent

By signing this agreement, the participant consents to the use of photo and video material recorded by or on behalf of VSE.
This material may be used free of charge and without objection by VSE or its business partners (e.g. distribution partners, press representatives) for PR, advertising, sales, and marketing purposes.

The participant confirms that their appearance in the photos and videos does not infringe upon their personal rights.
They specifically agree that the material may be used free of charge, without time or geographic limitations, and across all known types of media – both online and offline – including but not limited to websites, social media, media collaborations, press publications (e.g. newspaper articles), and other forms of public distribution.

The participant hereby acknowledges that all rights to the creation, distribution, and publication of the above-mentioned material lie exclusively with VSE.
They further confirm that no third-party rights (e.g. of photographers or image agencies) are infringed by granting these usage rights or by the intended publication.
